Hampshire Choi Kwang Do

We do this as a whole family. The kids love the training and it has given them lots more confidence. As for myself and my wife, we loved the friendly welcome and training atmosphere. I've lost over a stone in weight and loved every minute of it!

Choi Kwang Do

My eldest son (now 9) has been doing CKD for 3 years now, my youngest son (now 7) and my self have been doing it for 2 years. Its the best thing I have ever done! Our confidence has grown, the boys love to shout and do the techniques in a safe enviroment. I have made some amazing friends through CKD (they are like an extended family to us now!) and met some very inspirational people. Give it a go, it will transform you!

Hayling Choi Kwang do

Since joining this group I have lost weight and gained mobility. My circle of friends has increased dramatically and I heartily recommend this activity to all ages (especially those over 60 who want to stay fit & active)Ring now for more information & a warm welcome !
