Were told we had to wait 6 weeks for blanket box - fair enough as it was a new product. Nearer the time called for an update. Was told it was delivered to depot. Spoke to someone next day - now it wasn't.Said they'd call me back. Never did. A week later left a message for customer services to call me. Never did. Called again a week later. Delay on delivery. "You should be receiving a letter" Why send me a letter when they had 2 phone numbers to contact me on? Waste of paper and time. Received letter. Called name on letter. Was told "I don't read the letters that go out" even though her name and signature is on it. Anyway, asked why the delay. Said she's call me back. Never did. So at least 3 times (that I can remember) was told I would be phoned with information and never was. Finally received product 9 weeks. Will not use again.
