My name is Bernard Brown; I am a member of the Master Locksmith Association and also DAWTA (Door and Window Technicians Association) I am also a UPVC service and repair specialist. I have run my own mobile locksmith and double glazing business for the past 10 years, working locally for private households, doctors and dentist surgeries, local authorities, police, estate agents and letting agents, and other local businesses. I am fully experienced in all types of locksmith work on all makes and types of doors and windows (UPVC and double glazing repairs included) be it replacing a cylinder to fitting a digital lock. Where necessary locks supplied and fitted will be to insurance British standard BS3621. I often am able to offer a same day repair service due to extensive stocks of all products needed including UPVC locking mechanisms and hardware. Wherever possible I will use non destructive lock opening techniques. I am also fully trained to service and repair UPVC doors and windows whether it is a window hinge, window or door handle, broken or misted glass, or multipoint door mechanisms. I have repaired many French and sliding patio doors plus tilt and turn windows. I do not sell supply or fit new windows or doors so if you come to me I will not try to sell you new. UPVC doors can be realigned to give easy operating action, on many occasions once your UPVC door is correctly adjusted you will find your door works better than ever before as many newly installed doors are not correctly aligned in the first place. I offer security upgrades to all types of doors (wood, aluminium, UPVC, double glazing) with insurance approved cylinders which include many anti burglary features. also existing cylinders can be treated against a growing form of attack by burglars and additional security items can be offered to protect your property.
