• Slow and crashing Lap top

  After using my new laptop for a few months it became a lot slower and "kept hanging" This steadily became worse to the point it was taking ages to load up my home page. I was talking to a friend and they had used COMTEX IT for a similar problem I called them and they came out with in 4 hours and it was fixed with in 1 hour. Not only that The very helpful man explained everything in simple terms and installed free programs to stop this happening again all at a price that was very reasonable. Overall I’m very happy and no reoccurrence of the problem has happened Mathew Luker

• PC Problem Solved

  When my PC "crashed" I panicked and didn't know who to call. I don't know a great deal about computers and a friend of mine said that she had used COMTEX IT. I gave them a call and the guy I spoke to was really helpful and talked me through a couple tests that I could do myself whilst on the phone to him. Unfortunately it appeared that my computer had become infected with a virus. COMTEX IT sent round a Technician (Mark) within a couple of hours. Within a very short period of time, the Technician had my machine up and running again and had removed the virus and installed an anti-virus program and other useful protection stuff (sorry, don't fully understand it). The short or it is, I found them extremely professional, helpful and patient. They didn't baffle me with technical jargon and got the job done quickly. I was also amazed at their price (very good value for money). If I ever get any computer problems in the future, they are the first people I'll call! Lee Anthony Marshfield R.P.P.T
