    Wow! Curves Cowplain has really helped me refocus since joining 6 months ago after illness and multiple family bereavements. All the staff and members are so friendly and helpful. Much to my delight I have lost over a stone since joining, I look forward to going and even the long walk there is becoming shorter! After exercising I feel refreshed, invigorated and full of the feel good factor!
