Brief business description

Solent Marine Chandlery was started in 1974 by brothers Jim and Ted Brown and has been serving the local sailing community ever since. The Brown family has been involved in the marine trade for more than forty years starting with Sea Sure in the early sixties and acquiring Blakes Lavac Taylors along the way. Today the chandlery is owned and run by Jim and Ted's daughters Carole and Jan. Their services include crewsaver & yak specialists and blakes lavac taylors specialists as well as other services.
