We are an independent Sports Therapy Clinic. Our therapists have undertaken a three year BSc degree in Sports Therapy, which specifically focused on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Anyone may make use of our services, you do not need to play sport, or have injured yourself playing sport. You do not even have to be injured, as many clients use us for preventative maintenance treatment.

Having been a member of ROKO's for a few months I think I'm now in a position to give an honest review. Overall for the price you pay, they give a pretty good service. The facilities on offer are of a good quality plus, the fitlinxx system means you can review your workouts with a member of staff to see where you can improve. While the powerplates, which not all gyms have, give you a really intense work out in short bursts. I would say that the showers aren't always the cleanest they could be but that would be a minor gripe of what is all round a really good gym/
I have recently been suffering with chronic shoulder pain for several months, to the point that i couldnt sleep very well at all. I have seen various practitioners in this time, though none have made much impact. After a really good examination, i was given some simple home exercises, whioch to be honest i didnt think would make much difference. After 2-3 days of doing them, i noticed a considerable improvement. After my visit the following week, the pain was almost gone. I then received one final treatment and have been pain free ever since. I just wanted to say how impressed i was with the professional service and honesty, as i actually thought i would have to keep going back and was refreshing to be told this wasnt necessary at this point, but to now monitor myself while continuing my exercises. So thought id write this as a BIG thank-you as was where i found there details, and in the hope more people go see them if have a injury or problem.
