Holistic therapies including aromatherapy, reflexology, acupressure, indian head massage, shiatsu & nutritional therapy. I cover E & W Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire. I provide treatment with a health focus to all clients and specialise in performing arts medicine. I am registering with the NHS directory and the british association of performing arts medicine.

I specialise in performing arts medicine and the treatment of mental and physical stresses & strains of the performing life for musicians, actors and everyone involved in the world of performance.

Services Offered:

I work from 2 bases (Chichester and Southwick) treating clients with a full range of mental and physical injuries. Although I specialise in performing arts medicine, my clinic is open to everyone. The therapies I offer are great for stress management, remedial treatment and crisis intervention. Both working performers & people in general can prolong their careers by maintaining optimal health... so many careers get cut short by stress or injury - don't let it happen to you!!
