  I recently had a wax here also, however my treatment was the complete opposite. The staff were very friendly and professional. I have very pleasant conversations with the girls that work here. I had a leg and eyebrow wax and they were both done very quick and easy, the therapist was polite and very aware that I was nervous and reassured me that it would happen quick and she was right. I would happily go back every time I need a wax and would strongly recommend going there for treatments. As for comment about it being bad, I think everyone has their own opinions but I have heard nothing but amazing things about this salon including how clean and tidy it is and how professional, polite and well presented the staff and manager are.

  Absolutely horrible! No offence. The salon is nice inside and just what you expect for a beauty salon. However , I was book for a hollywood waxing and the girl who did it for me was absolutely UNFRIENDLY and UNPROFESSIONAL. She splatter the whole surface with wax and just rip it , not even going bit by bit. Tried to make simple joke and conversation with her she just didnt response. Worst bit is after putting hot wax , she cut cuts it ? A bit hard don't you think after putting the sticky stuff . Anyways a very poor job , had few strands of hair left , not so hollywood afterall. Had very bad ingrown hair after that! No powder after the whole process . Only some after wax cream. Forget you would need to strip your underwear off too which i think its a bit in yur face kind of thing. Anyways , won't be going there again! Can't believe she has a cheek to ask * when is the next appoinment you coming in* well...NEVER is your answer. No briefing on how the process is going or what to do after a post- wax. Poor service. Not sure how they won a local award! They must have been blind!
