Extensions

1 week ago i bought 2 bags of extensions. I glue them in myself and have done for 3 years now on and off. Both bags of extensions are crap! The ends after a week of having them have frazzled and they feel like wire. I rang Elegant up to complain and also see if i could do an exchange or to see if there was any way that i could get some decent hair for the amount of money i paid. The answer was no, there customer service is rubbish and i shall not be returning and neither will friends or family. I feel as a loyal customer that i have been let down.
