Circle M

We chose Circle M Kennels as a trial kennel for 8 month old Labrador pup, as we felt it was important to get him accustomed to going in if we needed to go away at any point. When picking him up the, biscuit mixer we had supplied was unused. He always has half tin of puppy food and some mixer per meal. When I asked why she hadn’t used it, she replied she had used a handful of mixer, when I had distinctively told her to use half of the small box per meal. As we were leaving the room my partner asked where our pups toys and blanket were, she said they were in the reception. This cant be proven, but they were in the corner of the office next to ‘lost property’ and am certain they were not put in his kennel. This was very upsetting as our Labrador pub likes to suck his toys when he falls off to sleep (the cutest habit ever!). The attitude of the woman who runs this kennel is rude, obnoxious and lacks any compassion. Obviously we will not be using the kennel again, I feel so strongly about the care and wellbeing of our pup as well as our piece of mind that I felt it was necessary to make a comment of this board.
