LISTED BUILDING what can go wrong

 One job I would like to share with you is a listed building in Fareham. Hopefully this job will be on the tv as aspecial show on nightmare job 'what can go wrong!' It has been fun, thrilling and a bit tricky at times, but nothing has gone wrong, so it might not be good tv watching. A listed building consent applcation with the council is not the easiest job in the world. Every little detail has to be looked into along with Heritage Statements and Design and Access Statement and is very involved.

new jobs

This coming year has proved to be a booming year dispit the resetion. Insted of buying new homes people are extending and altering what they have. Look out for us on Channel four as we have a project being featured on listed buildings. Very exciting.

 Interior design seems to be required more resently. I think due to the fight to get the customer into the shops the shop owners are thinking on new ways to get attention. One of the ways in which folk are upping their play is in a better image, and thus a fresh new look to their premises. We have found that receptions for offices, waiting rooms and entrance lobbies is a growing area that are being refurbished. Great,  I love this side of our buisiness as it is all about style.
