Brief description

As a Marine Surveyor, John Cherry AMYDSA is an Accredited Member of the Yacht Designers & Surveyors Association (YDSA) and surveys GRP vessels. He offers pre-purchase, insurance, structural and damage surveys etc. Based in the central south coast he covers an area from Brighton to Poole.

Any Specialist Products or Services?

John works for individual clients, on behalf of insurance companies and boat builders. The reports produced are factual statements on the condition of a vessel at the time of inspection and are dependant upon the type of survey commissioned. A copy of the report is sent out within 72hrs of the survey being completed, in the form of a PDF document sent direct to the customer’s computer and a hard copy via 1st class post. Oil and fluid samples can be taken for analysis.
