  Dear Andy, Apologies that it has taken me a while to drop you a line but a very heartfelt ‘Thank You’ all the same for being there to meet our flight back from Calgary the other week. We really didn’t expect you to have been able to track our movements so well and were surprised and truly delighted to have you waiting for us. Given that we were 6 days late and turned up, via Paris, in the middle of the night instead of lunchtime as booked, I really regard this as exceptional service! We don’t normally do our airport trips by taxi – this was an exception as we knew we’d arrive back jetlagged and I didn’t want to have to drive like that. I’m VERY glad I made that decision.
