• VERY amateur service.

  I ordered a personalised t-shirt for a friend. I was lied to twice regarding the status of my order. I rang asking for it to be delivered in time for a wedding and was assured it would arrive in time. The second time I called was the day before the wedding as I was concerned that it hadn't arrived, I was told it had been dispatched that day first class. A week after the wedding it hadn't arrived and I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled due to lead time being too long! I was lied to twice then my order cancelled without discussing this with me first, which was very disappointing. There was no apology at all, just an automated email from google checkout. Zero stars for this if it would let me, I would avoid them like the plague.
