  How often in modern times are you genuinely impressed and satisfied with a business?Ralph Pegden at Patmobility has restored my faith in customer service.As a working entertainer on a budget I was bowled over by the efficient and pleasant manner in which he tested,repaired and advised about my electrical equipment.My reports also arrived that same day. • Genuine good service

  I don't normally take the time to write reviews, unlesss I receive outstanding service or really bad service. In this case, I received excellent service! The work was carried out at our office, promptly and without inconvenience to any of my colleagues. Patmobility have a good value for money service that I would reccommend to anyone. I also like the fact that Ralph took the time to make suggestions and problem solve with us on certain items. Genuine good service from a genuinely nice guy. Thanks.

• Excellent service, don't look anywhere else!

  Our band had all of our electrcial kit tested (instruments, PA, lights, extension leads etc) - over 70 items in total. Patmobility were excellent; they arrived early and methodically tested all of the kit replacing a few plugs and fuses for no extra charge. We received a full report with barcoded stickers etc, brilliant. Really helpful, great price, no fuss - I can't recommend them highly enough.

• PAT Testing

  We contacted Patmobility at short notice to have our electrical equipment tested. We were vey pleased with the service that was provided by Ralph and we would highly recommend using him. We felt that both the service and the price was excellent

• Quality, thorough testing at affordable prices

  We used Patmobility to test all our IT appliances. We were very pleased with the attention to detail especially when the engineer reported a serious fault with the electricity supply in one of the offices which could have had serious consequences. The equipment wiring was also sorted out neatly and the detailed reports and certificates were very high quality in a nice binder to be held with our insurance records . I would certainly recommend their service as superior to our previous company.

• Excellent Service and Great Value!

  Having used PATMOBILITY to test some appliances I was very impressed with the high quality of service and the professional approach. The reports issued were high quality, very detailed and accurate and produced on-site. Great value for money. I will be using them again!

• Superb service from Patmobility

  I recently had to get my musical equipment PAT tested urgently for an event at a top venue. I called Patmobility and was delighted to receive sound advice over the phone, a quick and efficient service delivered conveniently and expertly and at a very competitive price. I have no hesitation in recommmending Patmobility for any PAT testing needs (and indeed already have put friends onto them).

• 5 stars, Fast, Professional & Efficient service!

  As a company e required various equipment to be PAT tested professionally ready for an off site meeting. We came across PATMOBILITY and having used them today were very impressed with their service. They were friendly, helpful and most of all professional and tested our kit quickly at a competitive price. The test certificates and details were also professionally printed. I would certainly recommend PATMOBILITY to anyone requiring such a service.
