  When I took some coats to sell I was received very abruptly and was told it was an inconvenient time. I was so put off by her rude manner I wouldn't go there again nor would I recommend this service to others.

  When I took some coats to sell I was received very rudely. I was told it was inconvenient for me to call in and that I should have phoned first. I would not use a business where customers are treated in this abrupt way. I wouldn't go there again nor would I recommend it to others.

• rude assistant and poor service

  You receive only 40% of goods - they take 60%. You have to phone after a month, no one will phone you if it sells. There is a rude assistant who, when questoned, becomes even more rude - in fact, she asked me to come and collect my goods because I asked a simple question, to break down the sale prices, of my hat, shoes, suit etc, and she didnt like it.
