    I left my dog with these groomers to be hand stripped. I had spoken at length with the lady who booked her in about how I wanted her stripped and not clipped. She had said it would be no problem I left several contact numbers and said she was difficult and to call if any probs but they still clipped and then lied saying they had stripped her!!! I am a vet so I can tell the difference. I also know she did not need her glands emptying or nails clipping but have been charged for both! So disappointed. Its going to take months to get her coat back.
