Unprofessional & very rude

Do not use this company. The fitters are extremely rude and verbally abuse anyone that gets in their way. When you try and speak to Michelle or anyone else at the showroom about this they won't allow any constructive criticism and have put the phone down on us twice. Customer service is something that these people have obviously never heard of.

What a disaster!

It took three months to fit a new kitchen as there were problems and delays every step of the way, we had to take their builder to court over a disastrous extension we had done at the same time, despite winning our case still not a penny has been paid. Just don't go there.
