    I stayed in one of the proporty managed by Paul, and it was a pleasure! He was very present and understood my needs and expectation. Very straight forward gentleman and approachable but was what i expected. He helped mu out from start to end of tenancy for everything! Always welcoming when was popping in for a chat, proposing drinks and assistance if needed. THANKS!

  • 1 Absolutely atrocious

    I've both rented and let properties via this idiot. Both times he did not return deposits. Always "out of the office", is aggressive, but of course will be 'charming' (if you are a new client). A shyster and am amazed he continues to operate.

    I stayed in this property for my final year 2006/07. 18 Months later we have still not received the £900 deposit me and my flatmate placed in June 2006. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND WOULD LIKE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK !!!!!!
