Avoid at all costs
I took out a full management package with them in 2012 on a number of my properties. They weren't efficient at sourcing tenants, even after encouraging me to spend thousands of pounds on redecoration through them. Contact was poor at all times, and they're consistently later paying rent (currently 4 months on one of my final payments, and ignore the threats of legal action). The tenants they sourced were of a low calibre, often leaving without notice and me having to evict other after not paying rent for 6 months (leaving me 6k+ out of pocket on one house alone). They have made my last year an absolute headache, and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They don't return calls and when they do are of little use, full of hollow promises about their late payments.
