well im have to going to disagree here with chloe as i have used these people a few times on both my pc and xbox when i had the ring of death and they have found the fix every time for me i had to wait a few days for parts to arrive but that is about it my pc came back to me in perfict working order and in it now works faster than when it went in with my antivirus upgrade to a better one than i was using so all in all they did a good job for me and my son s xbox so i would def say go see them they will always try to help you

Please do NOT use
The people here will rip you off! They are patronising bully's. I told them exactly what i wanted done (as i had resaerched what my problem was and i would say i am not a complete novice) and they just said "yeah yeah we know what were doing, we have been doing this for a long time you know". It would only take them 30 mins at the most to do what i had asked them but after waiting 3 days i called them only to find out that they had not even looked at my stuff yet. (AGAIN they did not tell me at the time that they had other stuff on and i would be waiting this long) They never called me back when i had asked them to, not even for an update to say that they had not had time to look at it. Then when i finially got my stuff back nearly two weeks later ,after paying the £35 labour fee i am in a situation where they have not done what i have asked and they have also damaged my goods (which has voided manufactors warranty). I have not been to another computer shop in the area yet so cannot guide you to another one but please be carefull what you give them, and what condition it comes back in.
